Developing Standards for Documentation
The Documentation workgroup seeks to develop standards for documenting patients’ disability status and accommodation needs in electronic health records. The goal of documentation is to improve the quality and accessibility of care for patients with disabilities.
The workgroup meets virtually three times per year. Meetings will resume in 2026!
